ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
- Perform product data analytics, product data enrichment, product life cycle stages management, process governance and compliance of Honeywell Aerospace Product/Portfolio Management.
- Work closely with Gold Business Enterprise Offering Managers and cross-functional departments, such as Commercial Excellence (Pricing, Sales Excellence, Customer Marketing) to provide data and insights to improve product operations and increase revenue.
- Leverage best practices in Project Management for tracking and execution of projects and programs across cross-functional departments and report out to stakeholders on status.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to team members to cultivate a collaborative and innovative environment where team members are empowered to excel.
- Understand and leverage Offering Management tools to quickly identify customer needs, assess market size, and competitive positioning during the ideation stage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- 8+ years of industry experience within Offering Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Product Operations, Product Data Analytics, Innovation Management, Strategy, Pricing, Sales, or ISC Operations.
- Basic understanding of reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, along with backend Enterprise Data Systems such as SAP and Snowflake.
- Exposure to AI tools for data analytics and data clean-up is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with Project Management tools.
- Experience managing and driving Change Management initiatives.
- Strong data, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
- Experience in the Aerospace industry is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
