Leads and develops the Data Engineering team while owning the organization’s data platform, architecture, warehouse, and pipelines. Establishes engineering standards across CI/CD, testing, monitoring, documentation, and code review. Translates data strategy into an engineering roadmap, partners with IT and infrastructure teams on platform decisions, and improves reliability, scalability, security, governance, and cost efficiency. Requires enterprise data platform leadership, advanced SQL and Python, modern cloud data platform experience, data modeling, agile delivery, and strong stakeholder communication.

Coordinates technical implementations and ongoing support for clients’ telephony systems. Responsibilities include remotely updating call flows and audio productions, scheduling field engineers and contractors, coordinating internal and external teams, and maintaining project cases and records in CRM systems. The role requires strong organization, communication, telephone support, and understanding of service-level agreements and ticket management.

Manage approximately 350 client accounts across the North American market, building lasting relationships, advising clients commercially and creatively, and coordinating audio and creative projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include proactive client communication, cross-functional delivery, upselling, retention, account planning, performance monitoring, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
