We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join PHMG’s Internal Recruitment team in Chicago.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining high-volume recruitment with responsibility for leading and developing two Talent Acquisition Recruiters.
You’ll take ownership of recruitment for our Sales Development Representative (SDR) positions across our US offices, while helping drive the performance of the wider recruitment team. You’ll coach your recruiters, set expectations, monitor activity and results, and ensure we consistently deliver the volume and quality of talent the business needs.
Our SDR teams are fundamental to PHMG’s continued growth and profitability, so this is a highly visible role with a direct impact on the success of our US operations.
You’ll report directly to the Recruitment Director and play a key role in shaping how we attract, assess and hire sales talent as PHMG continues to grow across the US.

What You’ll Be DoingLead, coach and develop two Talent Acquisition Recruiters, supporting them to achieve and exceed their individual hiring targets.
Take ownership of team performance, monitoring recruitment activity, pipeline health, conversion and hiring results.
Provide regular coaching, feedback and support to improve recruiter performance and capability.
Lead by example by managing your own recruitment pipeline and consistently delivering against personal hiring targets.
Own the full candidate lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and initial outreach through to offer stage and welcoming new hires on their first day.
Conduct high-quality phone screens and guide candidates through virtual and in-person interview stages.
Partner closely with Sales leaders and hiring managers across our US offices to understand hiring needs and maintain strong recruitment pipelines.
Proactively source and engage candidates across LinkedIn and Indeed
Ensure Greenhouse is consistently accurate and up to date across candidate activity, interview stages and hiring outcomes.
Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, candidate experience and recruitment processes.
Create a competitive, high-energy and accountable team environment where strong performance is recognised and celebrated.
3+ years’ experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition in a target driven environment
Previous experience leading, coaching or mentoring others, with the confidence to hold people accountable for performance.
A strong track record of achieving or exceeding individual targets or quotas.
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment or sales environment.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, particularly across LinkedIn and job boards.
Comfortable working on the phone and proactively approaching prospective candidates.
Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters and senior hiring managers.
A polished, professional approach with the energy and personality to thrive in a competitive and sociable environment.
This role would suit an experienced recruiter who still enjoys being hands-on and delivering their own results, but is ready to take greater ownership of a team and develop other recruiters around them.
