Build and maintain business digital banking products for small-business and commercial clients. Develop full-stack features across Django and Python backend systems, DRF APIs, React and TypeScript frontends, and React Native applications. Build and configure digital banking features for financial institution customers, solve novel technical challenges, extend APIs, prototype and scale solutions, automate workflows, and develop internal tools. Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementations, Product, and Engineering while identifying product gaps and communicating customer feedback to platform teams. The role is primarily in-person in New York City with occasional client travel.

Own end-to-end product design for key areas, from concept through shipped experiences. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success; conduct user research; contribute to design systems and processes; mentor designers; and provide strategic design input while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Build customer-specific features, prototypes, APIs, automations, and scalable platform solutions for financial institution customers. Partner directly with clients and cross-functional teams to understand technical challenges, identify product gaps, and develop solutions. Provide front-line technical support to fintech/SaaS customers on the Pacific/Mountain time zones. Troubleshoot technical issues, interpret logs, escalate product feedback, and collaborate with Delivery, CS, Engineering, and Product teams to improve platform adoption and customer experience.

Partner with financial institutions to assess technical needs, deliver tailored product demos, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with product, implementation, and customer success to drive deals and revenue growth. Serve as the technical bridge between prospects and internal teams.
