Hire, coach, and manage performance while building scalable operating infrastructure. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product to improve client outcomes. Use data, AI, and automation to increase team capacity and strengthen client coverage.

Build and scale internal tools for Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering. Own full-stack product development across React and NestJS, integrate CRM, warehouse, and communications platforms, design GraphQL APIs, process background jobs, and improve internal workflows. Act autonomously as both product manager and lead engineer, using AI-assisted development to ship reliable, observable software rapidly.

Own Salesforce development and RevTech solutions for a go-to-market squad, translating ambiguous business needs into documented, tested, and deployed solutions. Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, automations, and revenue lifecycle management capabilities. Partner with Engineering on React/NestJS applications using Salesforce data, collaborate on AI-driven workflows, administer GTM tools, and maintain secure release processes across Salesforce clouds and third-party systems.

Lead and scale Product Design at Luxury Presence: define design vision and standards, partner with Product and Engineering to improve retention and WAUs, hire and develop designers, and integrate AI tools to increase design velocity while maintaining quality.

Provide guidance and solutions to clients, assist with technical issues, and communicate effectively with real estate professionals.

Lead and coach an onboarding team to take real estate clients from kickoff to website/app launch. Track KPIs (launch volume, time to launch, CSAT, pre-launch churn), manage escalations, improve processes, partner cross-functionally, own new-hire onboarding, and deliver quarterly projects to boost efficiency and client experience.

Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success performance, including pipeline, funnel conversion, campaigns, retention, and revenue drivers. Build and maintain dbt models and marts using Salesforce and modern data-stack tools, while owning data quality and documentation. Contribute to Lighthouse, a BI-as-code platform, and develop AI-assisted analytics workflows. Partner with stakeholders to frame ambiguous questions, deliver recommendations, and communicate progress in two-week sprints.
