Communicate results and strategy to executives and raise experimentation and funnel-thinking standards across the product organization.

Lead positioning, narrative, and go-to-market for Linktree's SMB and Workspaces products to acquire businesses, drive free-to-paid conversion, and increase seat expansion. Build personas, influence product strategy, run GTM launches, create education assets, and coordinate cross-functionally while tracking funnels and competitive intelligence to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and internal alignment.

Design user experiences for Linktree's products, collaborating with teams to enhance quality and effectiveness in user-centered design.

Lead and elevate native iOS and Android design across Linktree: define mobile patterns, set craft standards, run cross-pillar reviews, prototype to production fidelity, partner with Design Systems and Engineering, and mentor designers to keep the app coherent and high-quality.

Lead positioning, GTM, and adoption for Linktree's monetization suite. Partner with product, growth, and data teams to define linker personas, inform roadmap, run launches, drive activation and education, and maintain competitive market intelligence to grow paid conversion, GMV, and time-to-first-sale.
