Lead development and execution of corporate and B2B communications to reposition Ibotta as an enterprise technology leader and elevate the Ibotta Performance Network. Lead data science initiatives across core business domains: collaborate with stakeholders and engineers, analyze large datasets, design experiments, build and productionize statistical and ML models, harden pipelines, monitor performance, and mentor teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Partner with cross-functional leaders to prioritize high-impact projects, deploy models to production, automate analytics, and communicate insights to stakeholders while driving department culture and operational best practices.

Lead and mentor a team of decision scientists to drive product strategy through analytics, experimentation, and measurement. Partner with product leads to prioritize initiatives, oversee end-to-end analytics projects, ensure statistical rigor in A/B testing, maintain event tracking quality, and deliver actionable insights using Databricks, Airflow, Python/R, Looker, and AI tooling.

Manage and grow a portfolio of emerging brand clients through prospecting, consultative selling, campaign strategy, and cross-functional optimization. Drive revenue, lead QBRs, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain high retention using data-driven insights and performance-based media solutions. Hybrid role with up to 20% travel.
