Ibotta is seeking a Procurement Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This team member will own Ibotta’s efforts to ensure that every dollar spent is done so in the most efficient and effective manner. The role will liaise with many cross-functional business leaders to ensure the company’s efficient spend fuels Ibotta’s rapid growth.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you’ll be doingEstablishes a tangible dollar savings goal and meets or exceeds that goal through distinctive procurement implementation.
Creates long-term relationships with critical third parties and functional leads.
Owns and supports negotiations resulting in win-win solutions.
Identifies transformational activities to enhance organizational capabilities and improve efficiency within the company’s purchasing function.
Constructs insightful reports, identifies opportunities and drives actionable results to reduce costs and inefficient spend.
Lead the Ibotta Procurement Committee and support the overall procurement process in addition to meeting our financial objectives for Procurement.
20-30% of this role’s time will be spent doing traditional FP&A work. This includes but is not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and variances analysis for our internal stakeholders.

4-7 years of experience in procurement required
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, logistics or a related field preferred
Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, including experience reducing costs through vendor negotiations required
Experience with Ironclad or Docusign preferred
Ability to create a strategic plan, support that plan with tactical implementation, and then execute those plans.
Proven analytical and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively lead and communicate with staff across all levels, functions, and external constituencies.

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $107,000 - $116,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
