Prospect outbound, run tailored product demos, build differentiated business cases, navigate multi-stakeholder deals, collaborate with SEs and marketing, maintain CRM hygiene and forecasts, represent the company at events, and provide field feedback to inform GTM and product positioning.

Manage partner marketing strategies for Duda, enabling partners like media agencies to successfully market Duda's SaaS solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to create enablement materials, support partner events, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth.

Support FP&A processes including forecasting, budgeting, executive and Board reporting, SaaS metric tracking, financial modeling, cross-functional business partnering, and automation of finance processes to drive strategic decisions.

Manage a portfolio of agency and SMB customers handling renewals, billing, subscription issues, retention outreach, negotiations, and expansion. Work cross-functionally to resolve disputes, improve playbooks, drive product adoption, and use data to identify risks and opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.

Provide multilingual technical support via chat, phone, and email; troubleshoot HTML/CSS/JS and API issues; handle escalations; promote product adoption; create knowledge base content; and collaborate with Sales, Product, QA, and Account teams to drive customer success.
