Duda is looking for a highly experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of our AI-powered website-building platform.
You’ll lead complex product design work end to end, from framing problems and validating ideas to delivering polished, high-quality experiences. You’ll raise the bar across the team through strong product judgment, exceptional craft in Figma, a practical understanding of code, and a clear point of view.
What you’ll do:
- Design impactful experiences for web professionals and agencies.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Content to move quickly from insight to launch.
- Turn customer needs, business goals, and emerging AI capabilities into clear product solutions.
- Improve our design system, processes, and product quality; give thoughtful feedback and raise the bar.
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years designing successful digital B2B or B2B2C saas products in fast-moving product teams.
- Exceptional UX and UI craft, with a portfolio that demonstrates meaningful product impact.
- Experience owning ambiguous, complex flows from discovery through delivery.
- Practical experience designing AI-powered products, or a deep understanding of how AI changes user experiences and product workflows - An advantage.
- Clear communication, strong product thinking, and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Figma experience.
- Hands-on experience working with a design system, either building and evolving one directly, or contributing to its ongoing maintenance and adoption in a product environment.
- Strong technical understanding and close collaboration with engeneerings and product managers to support informed, shared decision-making that benefits the product and drives its continued growth.
