Duda is the leading white label website building platform for web professionals serving SMBs.
The Role
Own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of Duda’s website building and growth automation products. Define AI-native experiences, lead cross-functional engineering, QA, and design teams, establish KPIs, and use data, customer insights, and competitive research to guide decisions. The role requires shipping SaaS products, prototyping quickly, managing ambiguity, and partnering across the company to deliver outcomes for professional web partners.
Summary Generated by Built In

Duda is the platform thousands of agencies, SaaS companies, and web professionals use to build and grow websites at scale. We're rebuilding what a website platform does in the AI era - not just where sites get built, but how partners generate, personalize, and automate the work of growing their clients' businesses. AI isn't a feature we bolted on; it's how the product increasingly thinks and acts on our partners' behalf.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own one of the most strategic surfaces at Duda: the space where partners build their sites and turn visitors into customers. It's a rare combination - a product used by a demanding professional audience every single day, and a wide-open opportunity to define what AI-native building and growth automation look like.

This is a high-ownership role for a PM who operates like a builder: someone who forms a sharp point of view, prototypes instead of writing decks, and has already made AI a core part of how they work. If you're energized by ambiguous, high-impact problems and want the room to shape a product from strategy to ship, this is for you.

 What you'll do
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for your squad - grounded in company goals, data, competitive research, and a deep understanding of how partners work.
  • Define how AI transforms the building and growth experience: content that generates itself, messaging that personalizes at scale, and agentic flows that take multi-step work off partners' plates.
  • Drive the product end to end - from the core building experience partners rely on daily to the automation tools that help them grow.
  • Lead and inspire an empowered team of engineers, QA, and designers, alongside a technical team lead.
  • Set the KPIs that matter and use them to steer - adoption, engagement, and real partner outcomes.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across the company, and be the clear voice of your product's strategy and progress.
 What we're looking for
  • 4+ years in product management at a SaaS company, with a track record of shipping products people actually use.
  • A builder's instinct - you move fast, prototype your ideas, and turn ambiguity into a plan without waiting to be told how.
  • AI is already in your bloodstream: you use it daily to work faster, and you've shipped AI-powered features with a strong point of view on where it creates real value versus hype.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a growth mindset - you make decisions from data and customer insight, not opinion.
  • Excellent communication and the ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Comfort with technical depth and platform-scale products.
  • Experience with marketing automation, email, CRM, or growth/engagement metrics is a strong plus.

Skills Required

  • 4+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company
  • Track record of shipping products that people use
  • Experience using AI daily to work more efficiently
  • Experience shipping AI-powered features
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Growth mindset and ability to make decisions using data and customer insight
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder alignment skills
  • Comfort with technical depth and platform-scale products
  • Experience with marketing automation, email, CRM, or growth and engagement metrics
