Design, implement, and operate identity and access management solutions (Okta, Entra ID, AD, Google Workspace). Automate identity operations, support audits and access reviews, troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues, monitor identity systems, and partner with stakeholders to onboard applications and ensure least-privilege access.

Lead accounting for Crunchyroll's Mexico entity: prepare and review financial statements, ensure Mexican GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance, manage NetSuite entries, treasury, intercompany invoicing and reconciliations, payroll, AP/AR, fixed assets, audits, and risk controls. Partner with global teams and local management, provide financial analysis, budgeting support, and improve processes.
