About the role

You will report to the Director of Enterprise Technology Operations and will work closely with Engineering teams, in addition to other teams across the business, to support important initiatives.

As a Principal TPM, you will:

  • Organize, plan, and track ongoing technical projects and critical initiatives for the Enterprise Technology team, with a specific focus on Digital Supply Chain.
  • Drive daily technical execution across engineering teams, ensuring progress against design milestones, system readiness, and delivery timelines.
  • Translate high-level business needs into technically feasible and prioritized requirements. Ensure every initiative has clear technical definitions and delivery criteria.
  • Partner with engineering leads to understand technical architecture and align roadmaps with execution plans. Drive consistent decision-making by clarifying trade-offs and validating technical feasibility throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Identify cross team dependencies, blockers, manage risks, and proactively clear paths to execution without waiting for direction.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Backlog grooming, Sprint planning, Daily standup, Retrospectives, Demos, UAT coordination), where applicable, to lead team accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Keep partners aligned through direct and transparent communication.
  • Create functional and technical documentation, including process flows, APIs, and integration specs to ensure long-term maintainability and clarity.
  • Lead daily progress of projects and initiatives with regard to meetings, schedule, scope, and reporting.
  • Serve as a key liaison to facilitate planning and collaboration between teams, align on goals, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate regular updates to all team members to ensure clarity and alignment.

We are considering applicants for the location of Dallas (in office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
