Own roadmap, requirements, prioritized backlogs, release readiness, testing, game compatibility, documentation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, design, QA, marketing and support.

Lead and develop the Vietnam QA team (manual and automation), coordinate with European QA leads on test planning and release readiness, own performance reviews and people development, support evolution of test automation infrastructure with Germany, represent the team in leadership forums, and ensure quality standards and test coverage across Elgato product lines.
