Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, software, connectivity and configuration issues; perform remote diagnostics; manage case lifecycle from intake to resolution; maintain CRM records, coordinate parts/quotes and dispatch field service technicians; communicate with customers, distributors, and field technicians, and produce timely, detailed reports.
