Drive profitable growth by recruiting and expanding relationships with crop insurance agents across the eastern U.S. Perform targeted sales outreach, attend trade shows, monitor industry trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored agent solutions. Maintain producer databases, track sales metrics, ensure regulatory and SRA compliance, and travel extensively to support and grow books of business.

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable including cash application, posting payments (wires, ACH, credit card, checks), reconciling accounts, running AR aging, contacting brokers/clients about invoicing issues, preparing deposits, supporting lockbox and wire retrieval, and assisting with process improvements and customer inquiries.

Support CI/CD, environment and release management, deployments (MSSQL, websites, services) on Windows/RedHat. Build self-service Automation-as-a-Service, modernize pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, OctopusDeploy), implement IaC (Terraform), observability (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), and embed security and compliance into SDLC.
