Design, write, integrate, and test software per defined architectures for one-of-a-kind underwater/DoD systems. Lead small subgroups, manage requirements and CDRLs, support factory/offsite/offshore testing, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Use Excel for analysis and reporting and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.

Lead advanced configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of global LAN/WAN, voice, wireless and security technologies. Act as top NOC escalation, drive incident response and RCA, optimize monitoring and performance, document designs and changes, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with architects and projects, engage vendors/OEM support, and support continuous improvement and operational readiness in a 24x7 environment.

Develop and grow existing and new customer accounts for Grayloc/Oceaneering by executing sales strategies, delivering technical presentations, responding to tenders, tracking opportunities, building client relationships, providing market feedback for product development, and representing the company at trade shows. Up to 50% domestic and international travel required.

Support proposals, FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, testing, offshore management, vendor/subcontractor oversight, and project close-out with occasional EMEA deployments.
