Provide leadership for the end-to-end Supply Chain Management function, driving operational excellence, process maturity, and sustainable business performance across planning, procurement, warehousing, yard operations and logistics.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute SCM strategy, aligning planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and operational activities with business priorities, operational requirements, and customer expectations.
- Develops and drives end-to-end supply strategies, oversees material and production planning, and optimizes inventory.
- Lead procurement and Sourcing activities, ensuring effective supplier management, contract compliance, cost optimisation, risk mitigation, and continuity of supply.
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive value, performance, innovation, and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead warehouse and yard operations through governance, process discipline, standard work, and operational excellence, with clear oversight of inventory control performance rather than day-to-day inventory administration.

- Plan and optimise planning, procurement, logistics, warehouse, and yard resources, capacity, and workflows in alignment with service group objectives, operational demand, and business priorities.
- Ensure workplace health, safety, environmental, and compliance requirements are met, and maintain responsibility for the safe storage, movement, and security of materials, equipment, and inventory in partnership with operational leaders.
- Review, redesign, and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain processes to increase productivity, improve process maturity, reduce waste, and establish standardised ways of working.
- Drive continuous improvement through 6S, Lean methodologies, root-cause analysis, and structured problem-solving to strengthen process maturity and operational performance.
- Lead organisational change initiatives within the supply chain function, embedding continuous improvement practices, developing future leaders, and building a high-performance culture.

REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, operations management, or related discipline.
- Minimum ten (10) years of progressive supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or operations leadership experience, including at least five (5) years in a management role with strategic and cross-functional accountability.
- Exposure to manufacturing environments supporting oil & gas or industrial products
Experience in MRP with general knowledge of MRP/ERP systems preferably Oracle Fusion.Proven experience leading teams through change, building capability, and coaching leaders and employees to achieve stronger business outcomes.
