Serve as liaison between business and IT to implement, enhance, and operate Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. Gather requirements, configure SCM modules, build reports (BIP/OTBI), manage FBDI data loads, support REST/SOAP integrations (OIC), validate data, support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.

Process end-to-end payroll for multiple countries, ensuring accurate gross-to-net calculations, statutory compliance, reconciliations, reporting, bank transfers, payroll tax payments, audits, SOP maintenance, system testing, and cross-functional coordination with HR and Finance.
