Provide technical leadership for welding, fabrication, and manufacturing processes. Manage planning, coordination, and readiness of subsea robotics operations, overseeing equipment (ROVs, workover systems, subsea tooling), personnel assignments, training, regulatory compliance, maintenance, mobilization/demobilization, KPI reporting, and cross-functional support to ensure operational excellence.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, shaping workforce planning, organization design, talent strategy, and change management. Use data and analytics to identify risks, influence decisions, and measure people outcomes. Coach leaders, support employee relations, partner with HR Centers of Excellence, and lead HR transformation initiatives to improve performance, engagement, and organizational capability. Role includes occasional travel (up to 15%) and supervises 1-2 direct reports.

Manage software projects aligning PaaS-based solutions with customer requirements, own software deliverable schedules, coordinate stakeholders, ensure budget and schedule adherence, produce reports, and support DoD-related security and compliance activities. Travel ~15%.

Perform sustaining engineering for ISS EVA tools: analyze performance and anomalies, manage repairs/production/testing, plan tool use and life-extension strategies, support real-time EVA operations and MER mission support, and prepare technical documentation and briefings.

Provide technical support and real-time troubleshooting for ROV, Survey, C‑NAV, and AGV systems; manage helpdesk/knowledge-base databases; issue license keys; prepare technical procedures, reports, and dashboards; analyze trends and support onshore/offshore operations within SLAs.
