Leads a contracts and negotiations team across India, managing complex commercial agreements, negotiations, approvals, contractual risk, and compliance. Partners with Legal, Sales, Pricing, business units, and senior leaders to support growth and manage the contract lifecycle. The role also coaches contract professionals, provides strategic contractual guidance, and supports process improvement and cross-functional initiatives.

Participate in a one-year, full-time internship with job rotations across Rockwell Automation departments. Develop technical and commercial skills through training, feedback, and exposure to industrial automation operations while working with global teams. The role is based in Medellin and follows a hybrid work policy requiring attendance at a Rockwell location on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless business obligations require otherwise.

Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and automation. Lead continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma), support NPI, PFMEA, control plans, capacity planning, CAPEX, training, and quality and safety compliance.

Design, test, and support firmware and embedded software for current and next-generation industrial automation products. Develop low-level device drivers, real-time embedded applications, communication protocols, and automated unit tests. Collaborate with global engineering teams, document designs, debug hardware and software, meet project deliverables, and communicate updates and issue resolutions to customers and partners.

Supports project execution from order entry through financial closure. Reviews contracts and purchase orders, monitors costs, deadlines, budgets, schedules, and project performance, manages invoicing data and ERP records, ensures billing and tax compliance, analyzes deviations, and coordinates with customers and Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Operations teams.
