Support commercial sales and service operations by assisting customers with product selection and orders, managing billing and deliveries, conducting account visits, generating new business via outbound and in-person outreach, handling cash and returns, managing inventory and vehicle safety, and leading the commercial department in the manager's absence.

Pick, pack, and process orders in a high-volume hub, maintain inventory accuracy and restocking, assist customers locating parts, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries.

Manage replenishment reporting and cleanup projects in the Relex system, handle DC/item status changes, place and track DSD orders, key autobills, and support SKU rationalization and other inventory reconciliation tasks.
