Create polished performance marketing ads, social media content, and brand designs. The role requires strong design fundamentals, performance creative experience, and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, with motion design and AI tool familiarity preferred.

Create premium social media content, campaign assets, product education visuals, launches, and brand communications for Instagram and other digital channels. Develop moodboards and visual directions, translate product science into engaging designs, follow social media trends, and maintain consistent visual identity. Collaborate with marketing and social media teams while applying strong judgment in typography, layout, composition, storytelling, and premium aesthetics.

Own and grow AMINU’s marketplace presence across Nykaa, Amazon, and emerging platforms. Responsibilities include listing optimization, SEO and category ranking, marketplace advertising, promotional campaigns, product launches, bundles, pricing, competitor tracking, performance dashboards, inventory coordination, logistics, and marketplace partner management. The role is in-office in Mumbai, Monday through Saturday, with 10 AM to 7 PM working hours.

Supports influencer marketing campaigns by identifying and coordinating with creators, managing product seeding and PR drops, tracking campaign metrics, monitoring social trends, and contributing ideas for brand collaborations and community growth. The role involves working with UGC, regional, YouTube, and category-specific creators while coordinating multiple campaigns with the marketing team.

Support business development and key account management for AMINU’s professional skincare channel. Build relationships with salons, clinics, and beauty professionals; assist with partner acquisition, onboarding, account nurturing, sales planning, trainings, product launches, and partner activations. Track partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with founders, training, KAM, and operations teams. Pan-India travel is mandatory.

Create and edit in-house skincare content end-to-end, including shooting, storytelling, hooks, pacing, and retention-focused editing. Collaborate with design, content, influencer, and external stakeholders to develop repeatable content formats and systems. Stay informed about skincare products and ingredients, contribute original ideas, and work hands-on in an in-office environment.

Acquire and onboard salon, clinic, and professional beauty partners while managing key accounts and sales pipelines. Build relationships with salon owners, clinic leaders, and dermatologists; drive repeat orders, product adoption, and partner performance. Conduct meetings, presentations, field visits, trainings, and engagement events, support partner marketing, identify market opportunities, and expand the brand across assigned geographies while meeting sales targets.

Lead AMINU’s visual identity and creative direction across social media, website, and campaigns. Develop concepts from moodboard to final output, ensure premium and consistent storytelling, collaborate with marketing, content teams, and the co-founder, and mentor designers and copywriters. The role requires strong expertise in visual composition, product imagery, lighting, textures, copy, and premium skincare aesthetics, with the ability to balance creative quality and execution speed.

Manage operational data, Excel-based tracking and reconciliation, shipment coordination, vendor and courier communication, issue resolution, reporting, documentation, and fulfillment support. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and timely follow-up in an in-office Monday-to-Saturday environment.
