Lead Zoop’s platform engineering strategy and hands-on implementation across cloud architecture, Kubernetes, internal developer platforms, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, observability, reliability, security, compliance, and FinOps. Establish reusable platform patterns, self-service environments, deployment guardrails, and MLOps foundations while improving developer productivity and controlling cloud costs. This is a remote role focused on building the company’s early revenue pipeline.

Perform statistical analysis, audience segmentation, reporting, and optimization across websites, paid media, email, and healthcare professional engagement channels.

Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, chat, email, and calls; resolve tickets within SLAs; execute CRM and WhatsApp campaigns, broadcasts, automated flows, and customer journeys; support repeat-purchase and reactivation campaigns; conduct customer follow-ups; and track ticket volumes, response times, and operational reports.
