Own and optimize product listings across D2C, Amazon, marketplace, and quick-commerce channels. Improve PDP conversion, organic rankings, search visibility, and listing health through keyword research, competitor audits, content and image updates, and platform compliance. Track SKU-level metrics, identify underperformers, coordinate with creative and technology teams, support channel reporting, and implement relevant platform feature and algorithm updates.

Analyzes D2C, marketplace, and quick-commerce channel profitability, including unit economics, margins, trade spend, discounts, returns, and write-offs. Performs budget variance analysis, builds MIS reports and dashboards, automates reporting, identifies margin leakage, and supports pricing, forecasting, inventory planning, and working capital optimization. Collaborates with Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Growth teams to provide financial insights and flag business risks.

Supports ecommerce logistics operations by tracking shipments, monitoring courier performance, coordinating delivery escalations, managing NDR and RTO follow-ups, preparing operational reports, and maintaining issue trackers. The intern coordinates with courier partners, customer support, warehouse, and operations teams; validates delivery exceptions, billing, and courier charges; and assists with SOP documentation and process improvements.

Manage Amazon India and quick commerce marketplace channels, overseeing daily operations, revenue growth, inventory, pricing, order flow, listings, promotions, and account health. Create and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, coordinate with platform and internal teams, monitor KPIs such as sales, CTR, ROAS, and Buy Box percentage, and use platform data to improve rankings, efficiency, and revenue.

Provides end-user technical support to employees, troubleshoots hardware, software, network, and security issues, maintains IT infrastructure, manages user accounts and devices, and supports smooth daily IT operations.
