What will you do?
Analyse Channel-Wise Performance
- Track and analyse performance across D2C website, marketplaces and quick commerce.
- Track gross margin, contribution margin, and unit economics at SKU and channel level
- Monitor and validate trade spends, discounts, and platform margins
Variance Analysis & Financial Reporting
- Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs AOP/Budget) and highlight key business drivers
- Build and maintain weekly/monthly business performance MIS
- Automate MIS reporting to improve data accuracy and reduce manual effort
Margin Leakage & Cost Optimisation
- Identify leakages in margins (e.g., incorrect margins, claims, or pricing errors)
- Evaluate customer returns, damages, and write-offs and their financial impact
- Provide actionable insights for cost optimisation
Working Capital & Inventory Planning
- Work closely with Supply Chain and Sales teams on inventory planning and working capital optimisation
- Track inventory turnover, ageing, and return rates
Dashboards & Pricing Support
- Build dashboards for daily/weekly sales tracking and profitability insights
- Support pricing decisions and promotional strategies through data analysis
- Provide forecasting and demand planning support
Work Experience: 3–6 years in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or startup environment in business finance or analytics roles
Working days: Monday – Friday

Skills Required
