Consults with clients to identify learning and talent development needs, diagnose performance gaps, pitch digital and leadership learning products, and design customized learning journeys. The role articulates training ROI, expands client engagements, leads solution execution with internal teams, and demonstrates thought leadership in learning and development. Candidates need strong L&D expertise, client service, relationship-building, communication, talent management, and knowledge of current learning frameworks and trends.

Manage and coordinate assigned learning programs while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Provide administrative, technical, and system support for training programs, help faculty and users resolve IT and operational issues, and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Partnerships, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and success.

Consult with clients to understand learning needs, recommend and pitch digital and leadership learning solutions, design customized learning journeys, manage projects, and provide thought leadership. The role requires strong L&D expertise, knowledge of learning frameworks and assessments, digital learning exposure, excellent communication, client service orientation, and occasional travel.

Design, implement, and continuously improve complex backend architectures and scalable distributed systems. Develop clean, high-performance code using JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and PHP. Build RESTful APIs, apply Agile and CI/CD practices, troubleshoot technical issues, evaluate specifications, and align software solutions with business needs.

Own product go-to-market success by serving as the product expert in client and business conversations. Partner with Sales, Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering to translate product capabilities into customer value, support demos and proposals, enable internal teams, develop launch assets, capture market feedback, and inform roadmap, packaging, adoption, and growth opportunities.

Designs and delivers high-impact learning experiences that drive behavior change and business outcomes. Creates training materials, assessments, quizzes, and case studies using adult learning principles; researches and tailors content to client needs; collaborates with stakeholders for approval; maintains content repositories; incorporates feedback; and facilitates engaging, inclusive training sessions with real-time participant support.

Develops and oversees advanced leadership training materials, including assessments, case studies, exercises, reading materials, and instructor notes. Leads stakeholder analysis, client walkthroughs, content approvals, research, and feedback-driven improvements. Uses Articulate, Captivate, Generative AI, and emerging learning technologies to improve content quality and scalability. Mentors junior developers, manages content repositories, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and drives process automation and continuous improvement.
