Collaborate with growth, sales, and design teams, manage digital projects, coordinate platform relationships, and support or guide junior team members.

Drive revenue growth by managing leads, presenting real estate projects, coordinating site visits, negotiating terms, closing sales, and overseeing registration and post-sale documentation. Maintain client relationships, maximize revenue through upselling, monitor market and competitor activity, and provide accurate sales reporting while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Creates digital and print marketing designs, including social media graphics, ads, banners, brochures, presentations, and brand campaigns. Supports senior designers, follows brand guidelines, develops visual concepts, edits images, adapts designs across formats, manages design files, and collaborates with marketing and content teams. The role requires proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, with Premiere Pro or After Effects knowledge preferred.
