To drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets through effective client handling, project presentations, lead conversion, and end-to-end deal closures. The Sales Manager will be responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the sales process, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely registrations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
· Lead Management & Client Handling: Manage incoming leads from digital, walk-ins, referrals, or channel partners. Qualify and nurture prospects through timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
· Project Briefing: Provide detailed presentations and walkthroughs of residential/commercial real estate projects. Explain key features, benefits, and differentiators of the project.
· Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and conduct site visits, ensuring personalized and professional experiences for all potential buyers.
· Negotiation & Deal Closure: Handle price negotiations and payment terms in alignment with company guidelines. Successfully close deals and ensure smooth documentation.
· Registration & Documentation: Coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely agreement execution, registration, and post-sale paperwork.
· Revenue Generation: Focus on maximizing revenue per deal by upselling premium units and ensuring timely conversion.
· Market & Competitor Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to support strategic decision-making.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of post-sale satisfaction and referrals.
· Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and closures. Submit regular sales reports to management.

· Bachelor's/master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· 2–6 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate sales processes.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
