Recruit, onboard, train, and manage POSPs across rural territories to achieve general insurance GWP targets. Responsibilities include field visits, performance monitoring, customer engagement campaigns, basic claims and documentation support, and coordination with internal teams. The role requires strong local-market knowledge, relationship-building, negotiation, communication skills, and extensive travel across rural locations.

Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages commercial contracts and leases throughout their life cycle. Develops contract templates, supports legal compliance and risk management, advises internal departments, manages trademark registrations, conducts legal research, monitors relevant legislation including IRDAI regulations, and oversees litigation and outside counsel when needed.

Leads the enterprise threat and vulnerability management program, including vulnerability scanning, risk-based prioritization, remediation governance, threat intelligence, cloud and application security integration, penetration testing, threat modeling, metrics, reporting, audits, and stakeholder coordination. The role partners with IT, engineering, cloud, SOC, risk, and compliance teams to reduce exposure across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and third-party ecosystems.

Leads enterprise-wide data governance strategy, policies, SOPs, frameworks, tools, and stakeholder initiatives. Maintains governance documentation, partners with data owners and technology teams, leads council and cross-functional working groups, resolves data issues, oversees governance tool deployment, and reports data governance KPIs to leadership.

Leads end-to-end data science and AI projects, including modeling, testing, deployment, and value realization. Manages multidisciplinary teams, coordinates with Product, IT, Climate, Risk, GIS, and business stakeholders, and applies peril modeling, climate risk, insurance, and geospatial expertise. Maintains the DSAI operating model, establishes development best practices, and oversees team capability development, mentoring, and performance management.
