Key Responsibilities:
- Governance
Strategy & Execution:
- Leads
the adoption and implementation of enterprise-wide data governance
policies and SOPs.
- Ensures
governance practices are supported by appropriate tools and technologies.
- Framework
& Policy Management:
- Maintains
the Data Governance Framework Handbook with up-to-date policies and SOPs.
- Communicates
updates to the Data Governance Council and other relevant stakeholders.
- Stakeholder
Engagement:
- Collaborates
with data owners, stewards, and custodians to define, revise, and
implement governance policies and SOPs.
- Facilitates
resolution of data-related issues and supports the rollout of new
governance practices.
- Technology
& Enablement:
- Partners
with Product Managers and IT teams to ensure governance tools are aligned
with organizational policies and SOPs.
- Oversees
the deployment and integration of governance tools across the enterprise.
- Council
Leadership & Reporting:
- Organizes
and conducts regular Data Governance Council meetings.
- Tracks
and publishes data governance KPIs to leadership and enterprise-wide
audiences.
- Working Group Leadership:
- Leads and collaborates with
cross-functional working groups comprising data stewards, custodians, IT,
and other stakeholders to resolve data governance issues effectively

Qualifications
& Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in data
governance, data management, or related disciplines.
- Good knowledge of data privacy,
compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Strong understanding of data governance
frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder
management capabilities.
- Proven ability to work
cross-functionally with IT, product, and business teams.
- Familiarity with data governance
technologies and platforms.
Skills Required
