Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages commercial contracts and leases throughout their life cycle. Develops contract templates, supports legal compliance and risk management, advises internal departments, manages trademark registrations, conducts legal research, monitors relevant legislation including IRDAI regulations, and oversees litigation and outside counsel when needed.

- Drafting, reviewing, and
negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements including leases.
- Managing
the entire contract life cycle.
- Draft
contract templates for all lines of businesses.
- Promoting
legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the company
by creating awareness.
- Legal
support to other departments.
- Handling
trademark portfolio including, but not limited to, seeking advice from IP
attorney to understand the registration process, co-ordinate with branding
team, share the mark for registration and ensure replies are filed within
time.
- Shops
& Establishment compliances
- Legal
research.
- Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation,
particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly
affect business of the Company, including laws and regulation of IRDAI.
- This
role may require travel based on the business requirement.
- Litigation
and outside counsel management as and when required.
- Any
other legal support as may be required.
Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years of working experience
(preferably in labour laws and contracts) in any MNC or NBFC.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in law
