Drive new business growth across the Employee Benefits insurance vertical by prospecting, managing pipelines, and closing mid-market and enterprise accounts. Own the Commercial Lines P&L, go-to-market strategy, sales team, insurer and reinsurer partnerships, product and pricing initiatives, cross-selling, and board reporting. Build a scalable commercial insurance practice across Property, Liability, Marine, Engineering, Cyber, and Motor while achieving premium, brokerage, retention, productivity, and profitability targets.

Manage end-to-end insurance policy endorsement requests, including additions, deletions, corrections, documentation, data updates, insurer and TPA coordination, client communication, issue resolution, and timely closure. Maintain accurate records, follow up on pending requests, address discrepancies, and identify process improvements that enhance turnaround time and client experience.

Own end-to-end commercial insurance placements for Property, Liability, and Casualty lines. Responsibilities include preparing RFQs, coordinating with insurers and TPAs, evaluating and negotiating quotations, creating Quote Comparison Reports, finalizing policies, managing stakeholders and timelines, and improving placement processes, workflows, and templates. The role requires independent desk ownership, accuracy, strong commercial judgment, and proactive issue management.
