About the Role
As an Account Management Intern, you will work closely with our Key Account Managers to support client retention, engagement, and growth. This is a high-ownership, learn-by-doing role — you will be involved in real client conversations and meaningful projects from day one.
Strong performers will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the 6-month engagement.
What You’ll Do
• Assist Key Account Managers in managing and retaining Nova’s existing client accounts
• Help prepare executive-level reports including weekly, monthly, and quarterly status updates
• Support client business reviews — coordinating logistics, preparing decks, and tracking action items
• Research and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client portfolio
• Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate tracking of account health
• Assist in onboarding new clients and coordinating with internal teams for smooth handoffs
• Gather and relay client feedback to product and operations teams

• Graduates who have completed their education (any discipline; business, commerce, or related fields preferred)
• Available for a full 6-month commitment starting immediately

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
