Conduct penetration tests, red team and purple team exercises across web applications, networks, APIs, cloud, and mobile systems. Identify and exploit vulnerabilities, develop proof-of-concept exploits and security automation, integrate offensive techniques into CI/CD pipelines, research emerging threats, validate detection capabilities, and document remediation guidance. Guide L2 engineers and provide end-to-end resolution for complex network, firewall, and VoIP incidents.

Deploys, manages, and optimizes Ceph storage clusters across cloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include data center hardware management, replication, monitoring, disaster recovery, automation with Ansible, Terraform, and Rook, Python tooling, cloud and Kubernetes integration, and troubleshooting large-scale infrastructure issues.

Lead 24x7 Network Operations Center activities, overseeing infrastructure and network monitoring, incident detection, escalation, resolution, service availability, and operational support across cloud, telecom, and data center environments. Manage and mentor NOC teams, coordinate major incident response, maintain SLAs and KPIs, support infrastructure deployments, produce operational reports, participate in root cause analysis, and drive reliability and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Leads the SRE function and team responsible for reliability, scalability, automation, observability, incident management, and operational excellence across cloud, networking, data center, and telecom-scale infrastructure. The role manages distributed systems, microservices, Kubernetes and Docker environments, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, monitoring, major incident response, postmortems, and reliability improvements while partnering with architecture, DevOps, networking, NOC, and cloud teams.

Manage client relationships and grow assigned accounts through strategic sales planning, needs analysis, negotiation, and contract closing. Track sales metrics, forecasts, and account performance; collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams; resolve customer issues; and prepare regular reports. The role focuses on selling IT services and products, with BFSI or fintech client experience advantageous.
