Serve as the first point of contact for leads: convert marketed leads into qualified conversations, schedule walkthroughs, maintain CRM, provide lead feedback to marketing, follow up persistently, and prepare sales reports to improve processes.

Design and run a 12-month member engagement calendar, manage end-to-end event logistics, onboard partners, facilitate B2B networking, manage digital engagement and member feedback, and oversee community budget and reporting to improve member retention and participation.

Own and meet monthly sales targets for an assigned coworking space by scheduling visits, negotiating and closing deals. Grow channel partnerships, maintain CRM hygiene, liaise with operations to resolve client issues, monitor competitors, retain customers with after-sales support, and identify new sales funnels and opportunities.
