About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Design & Build with strong experience in corporate, office, and workspace interiors to lead design
execution and deliver high-quality projects end to end. The role involves
design leadership, cross-functional coordination, and ownership of multiple
projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, strategize and manage a team of designers
to deliver high-quality workspace designs and end-to-end project deliver
- Plan and execute layouts for
offices, co-working spaces, and corporate environments
- Develop and maintain design systems,
brand guidelines, and visual standards for interiors
- Create and review 3D models,
renderings, floor plans, and mood boards for client and internal approvals
- Collaborate with product, marketing,
and operations teams to ensure designs meet functional and business needs
- Manage vendors, contractors, and
procurement for furniture, materials, and installations
- Ensure projects are delivered on
time, within budget, and in compliance with local building codes, safety, and
accessibility standards
- Oversee multiple projects
simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment
- Conduct quality checks and due
diligence to maintain design integrity and compliance
- Stay updated on industry trends,
workplace strategies, and innovative office design solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional
teams including project managers, engineers, operations, management, external
vendors, and stakeholders
- Ensure project completion within
approved budgets and finalize delivery within stipulated timelines
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in office or commercial interior design
- Strong portfolio showcasing office, co-working, or corporate workspace projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop &
Illustrator
- Knowledge of ergonomic
furniture, lighting, acoustics, and sustainable design practices
- Strong leadership, project
management, and client communication skills
- Understanding of coworking layouts, hot desks, meeting rooms, and collaborative
spaces (preferred)
- Familiarity with building regulations, fire safety norms, and accessibility
standard
