Manage and complete a voluminous Access to Information request (~40,222 pages) end-to-end, ensuring compliance with the Access to Information Act. Develop project plan, coordinate internal/external consultations and interim releases, apply severance decisions, liaise with requestor and Information Commissioner, and produce lessons-learned documentation.

Design and implement a SharePoint Online intranet, migrate content from legacy SharePoint/on‑prem and network drives, validate and clean destination environment, support discovery/training, and define governance and operating model for long‑term maintenance.
