Lead ad sales, sponsorships, and traffic management for Caribbean Family Feud; develop and execute regional marketing, brand, social media, merchandise, and budget management activities.

Design and deliver the production's costume vision within budget and schedule: research period styles, create sketches and fabric samples, oversee fittings, manage suppliers and costume makers, track expenditures, and coordinate returns or disposal.

Supervise all wardrobe activities during production: manage continuity and wardrobe budget, organise costume transport, maintain and prepare costumes and equipment, label and track accessories, supervise cleaning and repairs, coordinate returns or disposal of hired costumes, and handle last-minute changes on set.

Sell advertising spots and grow revenue by prospecting new clients, managing advertiser relationships, and developing multi-platform sales strategies. Serve as primary client contact for the English-speaking Caribbean, support billing and account management, prepare invoices and recaps, and act as brand lead internally. Meet sales targets and provide advertiser insights; some regional travel required.

Assemble raw footage into finished broadcast-ready videos: cut, splice, rearrange scenes, determine reshoots, add music, sound, optical effects, and create titles and motion graphics using editing software.

Support Head of Content by coordinating and compiling surveys, ensuring third-party vendors complete research requests, maintaining a survey response database, and preparing questions and responses for production.

Support the First AD by creating call sheets, coordinating actors, extras, transport, makeup and wardrobe schedules, organising rehearsals, and maintaining order on set. Ensure orders are executed and safety procedures followed during production.

Support the Production Coordinator with on-set and office tasks: coordinate travel, permits, visas, medicals; prepare and distribute schedules, call sheets, reports and lists; maintain calendars; communicate with vendors; book studios and equipment; handle general admin and obtain permissions for copyrighted material.

Book and manage all production travel (flights, hotels, ground transport) within a strict budget; confirm reservations, handle complex itineraries, liaise with agencies and suppliers, ensure travel policy and international travel/visa requirements are followed, and report budget status to the Line Producer.

Support the Costume Designer throughout production: breakdown scripts, research period costumes, help budget and schedule, purchase and swatch fabrics, pre-select options, oversee extras fittings, manage wardrobe transport, and perform alterations and repairs under tight deadlines.
