Manage insurance coverage, carriers, billing, and liens for personal injury cases. Serve as primary carrier contact, identify first- and third-party coverage, protect client recoveries by resolving liens and subrogation, maintain billing accuracy, and prepare comprehensive damage records.

Support Case Managers in personal injury matters by maintaining case files, collecting medical records and bills, communicating with clients and providers, drafting correspondence and documents, scheduling events, monitoring deadlines, and assisting with pre-litigation and settlement tasks.

Support personal injury attorneys by maintaining organized case files, coordinating communications with clients and third parties, scheduling, requesting and managing medical/legal records, opening claims, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date documentation and coordination with medical providers.
