Lead day-to-day HR service delivery and employee relations across a geographically dispersed workforce. Oversee HR operations, HRIS/data integrity, compliance, policies, leaves, investigations, onboarding/separations, and HR projects. Coach leaders, manage case documentation, improve HR workflows and controls, partner with cross-functional teams, and supervise HR staff to ensure consistent, timely, and compliant people practices.

Manage SocialPilot and Google Business Profiles for multi-site organic social, local content collection, event recaps, content calendars, approvals, and reporting. Align organic content with performance marketing, coordinate with sites and creative teams, use AI and video tools to create localized patient-education and trust-building content while ensuring regulatory and approval compliance.

Calculate, reconcile, and report Principal Investigator (PI) fees using sponsor cash receipts, contracts, and patient activity. Prepare PI statements, reconcile with sponsor receipts and clinical activity, extract/analyze data from CRIO and COMTRACK, prepare forecasts and month-end accruals, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with Finance, Clinical Operations, AR/AP, and PIs.
