Supports the business development department through scheduling, documentation, meeting coordination, data entry, CRM maintenance, reporting, and cross-functional communication. Maintains accurate lead, client, and opportunity records; conducts data quality audits; coordinates partner and client onboarding; tracks deliverables, contracts, and deadlines; and documents workflows and procedures. The role also assists with presentations, client-facing materials, shared files, templates, and standard operating procedures.

Maintains accurate business development data across Atom, Salesforce, and large-scale databases. Prepare periodic financial packages, segmented cost analyses, ad hoc reports, and communicate findings to management while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls.

Manages clinical study budgets and contracts by reviewing and negotiating sponsor and CRO agreements, tracking financial KPIs, overseeing contract execution, maintaining accurate systems and reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clinical sites. The role also supports budget issue resolution, process improvement, and operational and financial effectiveness.

Supports accounts receivable operations by generating invoices, reviewing contracts, posting and reconciling payments, monitoring collections, resolving billing discrepancies, preparing aging and collections reports, and maintaining accurate customer records. The role also involves communicating with clients and collaborating with clinical teams to obtain missing information. Success is measured by invoice and payment accuracy, timely processing, collections follow-up, discrepancy resolution, and reporting quality.

Supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Develops financial models, projections, reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and automated reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. Analyzes financial results, variances, trends, profitability, transactions, budgets, and expenses to provide business insights and improve financial performance. Manages ad hoc projects and urgent analytical requests.

Supports business development by identifying prospective clinical research clients, generating and managing leads, conducting sales outreach, completing feasibility questionnaires, preparing presentations, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires collaboration with sponsors, CROs, and internal teams while tracking opportunities through a CRM and supporting lead-generation strategies.
