Provide administrative support for compliance and employee-related claims: intake, tracking, documentation, FMLA administration, recordkeeping, investigations support, coordination with HR, risk, insurers, unions, and brokers; assist with audits, certified payrolls, safety pre-qualifications, reporting, and claims billing.

Provide consulting, design-data gathering, customer meetings, installation, start-up, maintenance support, and assist in sales/marketing for industrial control and automation systems integrating PLCs, SCADA/HMI, sensors, and instrumentation.

Provide on-site administrative and technical support for construction projects: track schedules, procurement, subcontractor scope, equipment logistics, QA/QC, commissioning, closeout, punch lists, shop drawing reviews, and assist the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers on commercial and industrial construction projects: set up projects, manage contracts, permits, and documentation in Procore/Viewpoint, track subcontracts/change orders, schedule meetings, maintain project logs, and assist with billings and closeout activities.
