Lead a small data science and BI team to design data architecture, build data warehouses and reporting solutions, create KPIs and PowerBI reports, support analysts, implement data modeling and monitoring, apply ML/statistical techniques, and coordinate with IT and vendors to deliver productized datasets and analytics roadmaps.

Lead infrastructure strategy and build/automate AWS infrastructure. Maintain and grow data lakehouse (Databricks) and event processing. Champion security, CI/CD, monitoring, model serving, and provide engineering leadership while participating in L2 support rotation.

Prepare complex individual and business tax returns, perform tax research, respond to tax notices, prepare payroll and state/local returns, review staff work, support tax planning, bookkeeping, and client relationships while meeting deadlines.

Support preparation and maintenance of financial records and statements, perform monthly reconciliations, manage accounts payable/receivable, assist with tax returns and audits, post general ledger transactions, and support budgeting, forecasting, and compliance efforts.

Manage and supervise accounting operations including payroll, GL reconciliations, month/quarter/year-end reporting, audits, cost accounting, inventory and LCM analysis, cash forecasting, and financial reporting to senior leadership. Oversee accounting staff, maintain internal controls, develop procedures, and support budgeting and manufacturing cost analysis.

Serve as primary Workday SME: troubleshoot, configure, test, and support integrations and reports. Train end users, convert business requirements into technical specs, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.

Lead development and deployment of scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure for global lending products. Mentor engineers and data scientists, drive end-to-end data product delivery, and optimize systems for fraud detection, credit strategy, and marketing.
