Manage end-to-end recruitment: gather requirements, design assessments, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and feedback, run background checks, handle offer rollout and pre-joining follow-ups, and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.

Manage and optimize the company website and digital presence (SEO, WordPress). Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns, manage B2B platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia), create content and assets, track analytics, generate quality leads, and report on performance with recommendations.

Provide L1 network and IT support across multiple offices and upcoming factories: assist with FortiGate firewall and VPN administration, maintain LAN/WAN/VLAN/switches/Wi‑Fi, deploy structured cabling and racks, support IP CCTV and NVRs, troubleshoot user hardware and connectivity, monitor network performance, coordinate vendors, update network documentation and asset inventory, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.

Lead end-to-end procurement: source and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, manage inventory and budgets, implement purchasing strategies, and ensure product quality and cost savings.

Track and follow up on customer enquiries via calls, email, web and social channels. Coordinate with sales and technical teams, maintain CRM/Excel records, send reminders, escalate delays, and prepare weekly/monthly follow-up reports to improve response and conversion rates.
