Lead marketing and promotional efforts to strengthen Hong Kong trade in Indonesia by building relationships with government and industry, recruiting exhibitors and visitors for trade fairs, coordinating missions, monitoring market and policy developments, supporting HK companies, and managing projects and team activities.

Manage and execute marketing, publicity and social media programs for film and entertainment sectors; liaise with local and overseas partners; organise events, roadshows and content production; oversee campaigns, photography/video production, and provide on-site and administrative support to achieve KPIs.

Support project managers in planning and executing local and overseas trade promotion events, coordinate logistics for start-up and innovation initiatives, manage stakeholder engagement, provide on-site event support, maintain and analyse event data and performance, prepare reports and presentations, and deliver administrative coordination across teams.

Drive additional orders sales to exhibitors, handle enquiries, process orders and data entry, coordinate onsite operations and contractors, manage onsite service counter duties, and perform administrative tasks and reporting.

Provide project and administrative support for exhibitions, conferences and business missions: execute promotion and publicity plans, recruit and liaise with participating companies, handle enquiries, compile databases and reports, provide onsite event support (local/mainland/overseas) and ensure smooth, timely event operations.

Support economists by managing survey data, performing calculations and tabulations, drafting simple reports, aiding forecasting model execution, maintaining databases, calculating indexes, and collecting macroeconomic and trade data for market analysis and forecasts.

Serve as HR Business Partner for overseas offices, support full HR lifecycle (recruitment, performance, staff administration), coordinate international staff movements, maintain HR records and systems, produce HR reports/analytics, and assist on ad-hoc HR projects.

Plan and execute promotional programmes across Indochina, support business delegations, coordinate events and outreach, recruit VIPs/buyers/exhibitors, build partnerships, provide operational and administrative support, deliver market research and regional policy updates, and perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the Director.

Design and produce branding, marketing and event creative for trade fairs, overseas pavilions and council projects. Manage artwork production, vendor relations, quality control, and collaborate with 3D/DO teams. Support on-site setup and meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.

Support exhibition operations by monitoring exhibitor and contractor submissions and compliance, handling site work deposit collection/refunds, inputting data into EBMS, issuing contractor badges and vehicle passes, conducting on-site monitoring of booth decorations, and performing other assigned duties to ensure events follow rules and timelines.
