Maintain and enrich customer database with GDPR compliance, handle trade enquiries, translate and produce marketing materials, supervise telemarketing, promote HKTDC trade fairs, develop exhibitor contacts, support Marketing and Business Matching teams, attend and organize local trade fairs and market visits.

Support the Project Manager in promotional campaigns, vendor liaison, onsite logistics and setup. Prepare marketing collateral and publicity materials, consolidate participant data and reports, update databases and event websites, handle participant enquiries and provide onsite support. Perform administrative and ad hoc tasks assigned by the team.

Lead 3D and 2D design for exhibition booths and event graphics, create presentations and production drawings, coordinate schedules with sales/operations, oversee production and installation, assist on-site setup, and research new design materials and trends to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Support project managers in designing and running buyer incentive programmes for local trade fairs. Coordinate with overseas offices, consultants, agents and local service providers on buyer promotion, visas, visit schedules and business matching. Maintain buyer database, provide on-site buyer services and reception, and assist visitor promotion team with logistical tasks including payments, purchases, storage and stock-taking.

Support planning and execution of local and overseas entertainment-industry trade events: recruit exhibitors, coordinate floor plans, payments, booth design/construction, handle enquiries and on-site duties, liaise with stakeholders and perform administrative tasks.

Lead end-to-end event operations and content delivery for trade fairs, managing production, logistics, vendors, budgets, editorial oversight, content creation, research, post-event reporting, and process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality outputs across physical and digital platforms.

Lead marketing and communications for exhibitions and hybrid fairs: plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets, engage partners, produce promotional content, collaborate across departments, and drive KPIs for tech-related fairs.
