Drive territory sales for Legrand EWS product lines by prospecting, developing accounts, responding to RFPs, managing opportunities in CRM, coordinating with engineering and corporate teams, delivering product trainings and presentations, and executing territory business plans to meet quotas.

Provide administrative support to leadership and manage office operations, full procurement cycle in SAP, accounts receivable/payable, contract and compliance documentation, fleet and asset management, and support audits and reporting.

Lead demand planning and S&OP processes, develop inventory strategies, create accurate forecasts, align supply with demand, analyze data to improve forecast accuracy, manage inventory turnover and production commitments, and collaborate with sales, procurement, and manufacturing to meet service and working capital targets.

Lead month/quarter/year-end close, prepare and post journal entries, perform complex reconciliations, manage intercompany balances and AR collection, coordinate audits, mentor accounting staff, analyze financial results, and improve accounting processes.

Lead visual concept development and design across digital and print for product launches and campaigns. Create scalable visual systems, web and trade-show assets, and oversee production and vendor relationships. Partner with cross-functional teams, apply UX/UI principles, leverage generative AI and motion/video tools, and ensure brand consistency across channels while managing multiple high-priority projects.

Own and execute national channel strategy for key partners (primarily CDW) to drive revenue and adoption of data center power, control, and access solutions. Build pipeline with distributors/resellers, lead joint business planning, enable partner sellers, collaborate cross-functionally, manage forecasts and reporting, and support Territory Sales Managers. Travel up to 50% and operate from a home office.

Lead lifecycle management and market development for data center power products (PDUs and peripherals). Define product roadmap, gather customer feedback, drive requirements with engineering, support launches, pricing, and training, and collaborate with sales, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to grow profitable product lines.

Sell and onboard OEMs and panel builders for power products by generating leads, building relationships, providing technical consultation and demos, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets through tailored strategies and market analysis.
