Provide L1/L2 design, integration, configuration, troubleshooting and support for satellite communications (VSAT, L-band, LEO/MEO) across maritime, offshore and enterprise environments. Lead end-to-end billing operations for satellite connectivity and managed services, ensuring accurate recurring, usage-based, and one-time invoicing. Manage a billing team, enforce revenue assurance and controls, reconcile activations and invoices, handle customer escalations, prepare billing and revenue reports, ensure GST compliance, and drive billing system and process improvements across ERP/CRM/billing platforms.
