Provide administrative and clerical support, manage calendars and meetings, maintain CRM records and lead-generation activities, prepare sales documents, conduct market research, follow up with prospects, manage office supplies and vendor relationships, and report weekly progress to management.

Manage full accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets), perform reconciliations, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, handle Nigerian tax computations and filings, support audits, budgeting and forecasting, implement controls, generate financial reports and analysis, and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, vendors and management.

Lead financial operations across factory and HQ, drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance and cost/margin improvement. Provide financial guidance for investments, treasury and risk management, manage relationships with bankers/auditors/tax authorities, and lead a team of financial analysts to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Support lead generation, proposal and demo preparation, CRM maintenance, market research, and client engagement while learning solution selling and enterprise tech sales processes alongside senior reps and marketing.
