We are seeking a proactive and
detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations. This
role involves prospecting potential clients, maintaining CRM records,
coordinating communication, and handling day-to-day administrative duties that
ensure the smooth functioning of our operations.
The ideal candidate is organized,
tech-savvy, and capable of juggling multiple tasks efficiently while
maintaining a professional and client-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and
clerical support, including mailing, scanning, meeting minute, filing (Physical
& Digital) of documents etc.
- Manage calendars, schedule
meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and
inventory; place orders when necessary and liaise with vendors, service
providers etc.
- Handle confidential and sensitive
information with discretion.
- Conduct market research to
identify potential clients and new business opportunities
- Research accounts and
decision-makers to personalize communication
- Assist in lead generation efforts
via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
- Prepare sales documents such as proposals,
quotes, pitch decks, and follow-up emails
- Update and
maintain data in the CRM system (e.g., Zoho CRM)
- Follow up with prospects
- Report weekly progress to Management
- Any other assigned task from
Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3
years of experience in a sales support, admin, or marketing, customer
service etc.
- Proficiency
with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Zoho, etc.)
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
- Strong
organizational and time management abilities
- Attention
to detail and ability to multitask under minimal supervision
- A
proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset
Skills Required
